Default SLP v.s. MAC

I'm considering long tube headers and a X-pipe. I have the SLP axelbacks and like the quality etc... The SLP site claims an additional 30rwhp with their set-up. I don't know much about the MAC stuff.Any opinions/thoughts on quality and power gain differences?

Stick with SLP long tubes...better configuration than Mac. Are you running Loudmouths or Powerflos?

+1 Crazy Loud, Might need to get a CattedX or H Pipe but that still will be too loud, Ticket Loud.

Yeah I figured it would be loud. I guess I don't think the LM are that loud by themselves. I also ride Harleys and I don't think they're loud either.

The common mis-conception here it that some people think the SLP LM are some kind of exhaust muffler, they are not. All they are is a Muffler Delete kit, that look good. for all intensive purposes they are straight pipes plain and simple.

I have heard of some people adding glass packsbefore the axle / after the X/H pipe and this tames the loud exhaust
