All four at night.
The funny thing is that the first day i brought the car home, I called my brother to come check it out, and i'll meet him in front of my house. His first impression of the car was this:

like someone mentioned before- Ive seen oncoming GTs and the fogs are actually kinda dim, not blinding in any way, yet folks see 4 lights and gotta blast ya anyways...the fogs dont shine out more than 30-40 feet, but sure illuminate wide to the roadside...saved a skunk or two I'm sure 
funny thing is when someone with those projection lights flashes their already blinding lowbeams to high just beause they see 4 lights...

If you look at the very bottom... those are my hidden ones. Looks great at dawn/dusk when Ive only got fog lights and yellow foglights on...

My fogs are always on with my headlights. Since I have the amber inserts in my fog lights I do not have the other dude thinking that I have my high beams on problem. [&:].

I don't use the fogs unless I need to see the ground just infront of the car. I noticed that they don't add anyrange, and only illuminate the ground just in front. This is distracting during most driving, like the highway or at 35 around town.I need to be focussed on the road farther out, not 10' in front.
Ithink daytime running lights are dangerous. They are distracting to other drivers and destroy your ability to measure that car's speed. The lights blind you to the rest of the car, so it is difficult to measure it's pace.
The road is becoming filled with noise. Notice how school busses now have strobes. Some cars have daytime lights. Cops have crazy strobes. Everyone is competeing to stand out, which means no one does. It's stupid.
