Thinking of upgrading to a GT froma V6
Got a 2006 V6 pony pkg with 6k miles....Just got a used one traded in with 60 miles on it, white with grayish stripes, 5 speed for 26k
Since I work for Ford dealer, I could maybe get it 26k out the door or maybe less...with 5% apr and maybe they would give me 17k for mine (if that or just sell it on the street)
I don't know if it's worth it or not. I pay abouyt $200 a month for my 6er which I'm pretty darn happy with. But :/

i don't know about the financial part but, what

Get the GT....you will not regret it!! Im sure working at the dealer you could get it for less than 26K. I bought a brand new 2007 GT stiker price was $30,200 and after tax tag and A-plan I walked out of there for $25,900 so you should be able to get a better deal for a slightly used one.

I've driven both and like the GT more for all the obvious reasons but also because the clutch and transmission were much nicer IMO. If you want the V8 and can afford it without being hard off, just go for it before you have kids and other things weighing you down.
