Well if your ever going to be getting LT headers your porbably gonna get an Xpipe with them and Borla's/stingers IMHO sound best with X pipe. Xpipe tends to be Raspy with anything else. But for me the Borlas sound SWEET with Xpipe and LT headers

This forum ROCKS....

That's exactly what I was looking for....and the attachment that actually shows step by step was great...I will definately attempt this install myself and save the $$ for other mods....I'm not good at trying things the first time on my own, but this looks painless....My exact question was what the corsa's would sound like with just the axle back and with the whole system....Once again, you guys are the best...thanks for helping a newbie.....

I bought my FORD RACING AXEL backs made by BORLA on eBay for around $300. I installed them myself (30 mins) and feel that the "slight" drone is well worth the cost savings. Again, everyone that hears them love the rasppy agressivesound. The chrome tips are sweet and have the FORD RACING logo on them.

The borlas/FRPP are not raspy at all IMO. They are about as deep as they come.

The borlas, are not at all raspy like flowmasters. I find corsa to be a bit raspy when reved under no payload. The borlas do have serious drone, but in my opinion under WOT, nothing sounds as mean and deep as Borla. I've had them for 2 years and over 30K miles on them, and they just keep sounding better and better.

I'm happy that i got frpp stingers judging by that corsa sound clip. The drone is not bad at all and the deep aggressive sound is well worth it. You hear a nice note from the exhaust on the highway with no drone .Stingers also look alotcleaner in my opinion. If you want to hear drone try some macs. Those puppies invented drone.
