Of all the people here who has really kept there car stock a year or more. Better yet who here has ordered parts but waited until your warranty is up? As time goes by and better parts come out has anyone wish they had waited or do you just say funk it and keep buying new parts. I find myself feeling like this about some parts and I was wondering how many other people are in the same boat. I'm glad I didn't buy the 4"driveshafts that intially came out for these cars(I came really close)now that better D/S are out now.

No- I keep it stock as that's plenty fast and I'd rather retire rich with a Bentley than poor... with a heavily modded Mustang! LOL

I havn't modded my Mustang since my Avic Z1/Roush HoodScoop (Around $1800 in mods) - Now since December 25th till April 6th I have saved $1200 towards 18x10 FR500's and a set of good grip.

Actually scratch that, I completly forgot that I have redone my exhaust system. That was $550...

Well...I atleast saved money by cutting my rear bumper! Till I can get my hands on a nice GT500 Rear, but i'd be happy with a GT rear.

I started doing some mods a few months ago, shifter, exhaust. My warranty just expired and I ordered my CAI and tune today. It should be here Friday, cant wait. I know people say its easy to switch back and forth between a tune and stock, I didn't want to give Ford any reason to deny warranty repairs.

Depending on what you think rich is, most of the super rich (warren buffet and bill gates types) Dont drive a Bentley any other high priced car.

Warren Buffet has a 98 lincoln town car, he bought it used

So for me I'd rather retire rich with a 98 lincoln town car..........Now thats pretty rich!!
