In the owners manual the picture of the bottle shows semi synthetic, and oil I bought does not but says meets Ford specs and has the same specs as the book?[sm=WTFsgign.gif]

What oil did you buy? I thought the motorcraft was a blend.

The motocraft is a "blended" synthetic oil. Billyjo and Thurman are correct in that our cars dont have fully synthetic from the factory, but that is not what the question was.
To answer the question 5w20 grade is available in convential, semi and fully synthetic oil.
