Default Drop Spindles

Found these thought some of you would rather get this and then some shorter springs for the rear, looks to be less work but cost more.
Features:

- Direct OEM replacement
- 1.25" front drop without using lowering springs
- Spindles cost more than lowering springs but do much more
- Eliminates need to adjust caster/camber & for bump steer kits
- NO LOSS in ride quality, superior handling
- HD ductile iron construction
- Durable powder coated finish
- Includes all necessary hardware
- Installs in approximately 2-4 hours using basic hand tools

Front - 1.25' Drop

My question is,. if you are lowering 1 1/4" without changing springs, the OEM spring is being compressed 1 1/4"more thannormal. Doesn't this affect ride quality and handling ?

The spring is not changed at all the drop spindle raises the wheel upward to make it look drop it does not affect the geometryof the factory allinment.I had these on on a S10 chev pickup they worked great and they were easy to put on.

Ok, I understand, the wheels go up 1 1/4", the chassis goes lower, and the OEM supension is unchanged. So the spindle is "offset 1 1/4" ? It would be an up, rather than drop, wouldn't it ? (on the spindle)

Yes. The point where the tire mounts is moved up 1 1/4 inches compared to the stock spindle. Drop spindles have been around forever. A lot of lowered trucks use them.
