After searching through a ton of posts on a few different Mustang forums, I think I finally found out how to remove it. There are 2 bolts on either side of the center panel. You need to remove the instrument cluster bezel, remove the two screws on the left side, then remove the airbag cover and remove two screws there.

So, my next question. How do I remove the cover on the airbag without blowing my face off.

 

Disconect the battery and let it sit for 30mins or so.....

 

Ok, but how do I remove the dashboard panel ontop of the airbag?
