I am getting the vinyl stripes from BSM. not sure however whize I should go with either 10 or 12. anyways I was quoted at 400 for 10 500 for 12 thats stripes plus installation. how does that sound for you guys. thanks

 

I have 10 inch with 1/4 inch pinstripe on each side and they are painted. I think that is a good price for the stripes with install. J

 

I paid $200 for install. I bought the following from BSM for about $170: 10" Stripe kit (bumper to bumper), 1/2" pinstripes, and rocker panel stripes. I hope to wash the car this weekend and post pics online. I'm definitely glad I went with the 1/2" pinstripes over the 1/4" pinstripes since I used them on the 10" stripes. I actually bought both 1/2" and 1/4" pinstripes and compared them to each other after the stripe kit was installed. I thought the 1/2" looked better up against the 10" stripes. Good luck. Either way the kit from BSM is a great bargain.

 

I'm installing my 10" stripes tomorrow. I would rather do it myself than pay $400 to have someone else do it. You could buy 3 kits for that price, and that would allow for alot of screwing up, lol.

 

I read that as $400 including the cost of install and the stripes themselves?

 

I say go with painted like myself and & mygt500... & do the 12 over the 10[8D] JMO

I paid less than $300 to have my BOSS stripes installed, and there work is guaranteed.

 

The stealership wanted $900 for them when I was buying my car.

 

the dealership charged me 500 for the stripes and install. I found some 10-12inch with 1/4 pinstripes for $200 online. I have a friend of a friend who will do it for $100 bucks. 05Mustang GT, where did you get yours done at? Youre in Utah right?
