do a search..

some people have said you can pop it out, put on window/door weatherstripping from home cheapo, and pop it back in..

not sure the EXACT process, but it's a common problem

i have the same issue on my gt.. I just turn the radio up

it does pop out...also there are a few other small rattles that you may think are that and will drive you crazy also. When it's cold the a-pillar's rattle a bit sometimes, at least in my car and at first i thought it was still that plastic piece.

I have had the same problem for the longest time. It turned out to be on the passenger side, the clips that holdthat plastic piece in behind the handle are broken. Funny thing is now that I know what it is, it doesn't bother me as much. I will have to stop by the dealer and pick up a new one one of these days.

I have not had the same problem, I even installed new front speakers in both doors, and the plastic piece that hides the armrest screws have not broken or started rattling. I must have been lucky.
