Loudmouths are just the end part of your system, the mufflers (or lack of mufflers...) They only have to do with muffling sound, not with emissions. No matter what you have on the end, mufflers or straight pipes, the SAME EXHAUST gets pushed through them.

Emissions is all done up at the cats, the engine, recirculation, and computer.

Of course, im talking about emissions. Im not sure what NJ law requires with actual inspection... So ill shutup now.

Well, you also need to realize..

with the right tools, you can remove the loud mouths, and put the old stock exhaust on, in a matter of 45 minutes..

so, the other 364 days and 23 hours - you can enjoy your SLPs
