Can anyone tell me if you can use a sct cal 2 tuner on more than one car. I guess what i am asking is if I bought one could my buddy use it for his thanks in advance

No, they lock to whatever vehicle you use it on. You could use it to read and clear error codes on the other car, but not to program it. One tuner per car for tuning.

+1. Once the tune has been downloaded it is set to that car. If you take your car back to stock, then I believe you can now use the tuner on another car.
