Default Lowering the front

I havnt seen this done very much around the forums. I was wondering if anyone has considered just putting lowering springs in the front to give it a more old school look. I prob would have a lot of problems with a full lowering kit because of the side exhaust being too low. What are the advantages and disadvantages or doing this. Or would it just look dumb?

Default RE: Lowering the front

I had my front lowered for a few a weeks before I had the time to finish the rear. The rake on the car looked great but I didn't like the difference in the gap between front and rears.

Here's pics:

So from your post you like the raked look! No reason why you can't do that but the rear on mine was lowered and I wanted to remove the rake from front to back. I hate the big wheel wells in the rear with 20"rims and I just dropped the rear about an inch and a quarter. This allowed the front bumper cover to change its angle to actually give a little more room up front....JMO J
