i dunno it doesnt take me longer than 2 mins to put it on, really simple, then i take it off, wash it and let it dry and put it on before i hit the highway, really does keep my front end scratchless

A friend owns a bodyshop and he hates what the sand does because people come in wanting him to fix it. But if your driving conditions says you need one fine. I guess highways everyday might get some chips. I'm not on highways hardly ever and no chips. Plus I don't follow behind construction trucks or tractor trailers either, they pass me I slow down .

Go to your local Ford Dealer and buy a Ford Bra they fit great. Also the only way a Bra will dmage the paint is if you leave it on forver and never remove ti for cleaning.

I think the bras are a waste of money. I bought my car to drive, not to keep in a bubble. I am very meticulous about how my car looks, but you can only hold these things off for so long. Enjoy the car, if you're worried about a tiny rockchip leave it in the driveway and take a cab.

I do leave it in the garage and drive anotherFord. But I would also like to keep it looking good for as long as possible. I show it from time to time and I would lke the frontnot take such a beating while driving. Thats all.

Does the Ford Bra have any mesh material to keep the bugs out of the grille?
As far as bra's being ugly, I agree but you know what is worst? Looking at the front of my new mustang with mega rock chips and sandblasted from the highway runs. My mustang is not a daily driver but gets it's use on the weekends. (at least 250-300 miles a trip) I bought the car to drive and enjoy but do like to go to a show and cruise from time to time.
I have seen the clear bras after a year or two on other cars and want to talk about ugly? Just my .02 on them.
