Peripheral Electronics PDXDP2 iPod Adaptor

Has anyone noticed the discount car stereo and peripheral electronics no longer list the pdxdp2 iPod adaptor as being compatible with the 05/06 mustangs anymore, anyone know whats happened.

I think it messes up the electronics in the instrument cluster after awhile. It did it to mine after 3 weeks I took it out and returned it.
