Default slow car

Imagine that a girl owns a stang but she always drive it so slow or normal conditions, does the car slow down if after 1 year a guy that like the speed ones to drive it, the car will be a little slow as normal ?

Just curious

To quote Tracy Chapman:

I remember we were driving, driving in your car
The speed so fast I felt like I was drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arm felt nice wrapped 'round my shoulder
And I had a feeling that I belonged
And I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone....

Yes, probably to an extent. The computer is going to "optimize" based on her driving habits, which are conservative. Just disconnect the battery for a while before going out to the track with it and it should be fine
