My tuner, Fred at Evolution talked me out of them, not worth the 8 or so HP on top end to lose the low end torque for a daily driver, besides it will make it hard to return to stock tune for waranty work.

Personally I don't think they're worth the money on a N/A motor. +1 to the power up top and loss down low fact. There are those here that have gotten them and report some gains but for the money there may be better options.

Truth is two of the top sponsors here (Brenspeed and Evolution Performance) don't really recommend them for any decent gains unless you're going F/I. If you plan on going centri or turbo in the future, youcan make a good argument for them in that you can keep them, and prob get a better gain in that application then inN/A form.

If you're planning on going TS or Roots S/C in the future, then you'd be wasting your money b/c the new S/C will delete the plates all together anyway.

let me chime in here for a sec. I dynoed mine with the tune from brenspeed and I gained 8rwhp thoughout the whole powerband. No loss of down low power.

Since you bought your tuner and stuff from brenspeed buy there economy plates for like 150 and get all new tunes. from them. Just my .02 cents
