Default Tail-light tinting

I want to put a black layer of tinting over my rear lights and maybe in the front. I hope someone knows what im talking about because i have seen it done before. Wondering if there is a kit out there or if you guys just go by tint and slap it on?

Also i think the amber turn signals arent too good looking. Are you allowed to change them out to a white light of something that looks better. Or by law do turn signals have to be amber?

Any links to anything or picts would be great.

Tail light tint.

Clear corner markers.

The corner markers can be clear but then you have to make the bulbs amber.

I just (about 10mins ago) took my tint off my tail lights, because some *** took a strip of my tint off my tail light last night at the mall. But's its cool because UPS just dropped off my can off Nite Shades ( spray on tint). IMO I would go with the nite shades so stuff like this wont happen to you. Its only 17.83 a can shipped! Oh and ill posted some pic's when im done with them!

Id like to see those pics as well. I currently have the blackouts (black plastic covers) but theyre getting on my nerves because when I wash they move around.

Can I get a picture of that? I was thinking between clear side markers and tinted.

That's what I'm thinking. I just did clear turn signals on the front this weekend and it looks awesome. It's makes everything look the same with the lights, fog lights and billet grill. The side markers might look odd being the only thing like that however (except for the door handles). That's why I was thinking of tinting the sides.
