Default My Problems, how about you?

I am assuming everyone has the troulbe with the GAS TANK

What about the master cylinder resivour? Does your leak?
They replaced mine and its worse than it was.

I am tired of dealing with these small issues and Ford blowing me off, so glad I didn't pay for the extended warranty..
Whats the point, all they try and do is wiggle out of there obligations and put a band-aid on your issue to try and get you to
go away.

I wouldn't mind putting t/g a Class Action Suit...

Try anther dealer. Had a problem with my Freestlye, one dealer said, "It suppoesed to make that nosie". WRONG.
Took it to anther dealer, rthey eplaced two major parts, Power steering pump and belt. Gave us a rental for a week. All at no cost. They my got my business.

It's not Ford, it's the dealer.

I let mine gas get down to where it said 5 miles to empty, then it only took 14.7 gallons. Thought it should have took more. Something is a little off. Next time I'll try topping it off all the way, then I'll know for sure. But luckily, no other leaks at all.

Same here the master break cylinder tends to leak, the plastic housing always dirty with residue of brake fluid. I clean and several days later the same. I thought I was going nuts.

Yup mine leaks as well, although not too bad. I'm under the hood once a week cleaning and just looking around the engine bay (I have no life) and end up wiping it down every time. I'd take it to the dealer but I don't want to be without my car for a day and just have a replacement do the same thing. Someone mentioned something about plumbers tape solving his leak.

Most everyone has had the master cylinder issue. You will find that in most cases, the master cylinder was over-filled from the factory. Once the level leaks down enough, it has a tendicy to stop.

I have also seen some folks that basically take off the cap, pull the gasket from inside, and use it as a template to cut a piece of plastic, say from the lid of a margarine container or the like.

Put that cut piece of plastic in the cap, replace the gasket, and usually the leak stops......

LOL...also saw one person put an "ADIDAS" headband around the seam on the brake cylinder, just to avoid the weekly clean up......

Knock on wood. I lucked out with gas tank, master cylinder and water leak. I guess the factory figured the thunky front suspension was enough for my car.

Well I suppose I am not the only one then.
Here is the issue with the master cylinder resivour...the brake fluid eats paint...

Its just ridiculous it not like they haven't been making that resivour forever...

Also, I am moving to VA in June, what the hell am I suppose to do,
pull over every 100 to put in some gas...
