I know this is pitiful, but I am in Indy for the 500 and my Mustang is in an airport parking garage in CT. I'm worried about it and I really miss my car!!! I miss my family too...but, at least I can call and check on them....doesn't someone make a gadget yet whereby you can monitor your car somehow over the internet????

I've never left my car at an airport, I've either been dropped off or somebody else drove there and we left their car. I dont trust some of my family members, let alone some douche bags at the airport. Hopefully nothing will happen to it and you need to stop worrying and worry about having fun at the race.

i'm sure it'll be fine, if not that's why you have insurance. besides, i had to move from the indy area this weekend, so i was unable to go to the 500 (today) but most important i was unable to party last night before the race, its insane fun. i'm still kicking myself!!!.

hope the car is fine! drink a few at the race for me!

 

Im sitting at work in Carmel and cant even watch the race because its blacked out in indy!

Well, I don't have much choice...the Shelby GT is my car, so I have to drive it, and leave it wherever necessary...I just can't worry about it...

 

The sad part is that you actually went to Indy to watch a race that once was the premier event in motorsports. Now its nothing more then a 2.5 hour Honda commercial.I made a promise to myself, never attend the race until they smarten up and once again make it a race that allows creativity of racers to dream up ways to go fast. Multiple manufacturers, and some Amercian factory cars. Every freaking car except two are those Italian chasis.
NASCAR blows,Indy blows, all thats left is NHRA. And its just a matter of time before the corporate world screws that up as well.
