Default Wont start :(

Ive tried for the last 2 days to find someone whos post is like mine, but i guess these kinda things are best just asked again.

I installed my CAI and tune from brenspeed 2 nights ago, drove it fine that night, drove it to work the next day just fine. Now it wont start at all and its stuck in the parking lot at home depot. I try to start the car and nothing happens, it just acts like its trying to start. Every once in awhile it will start up, rev to about 2500 rpms, then die. Do you think this is a problem with my CAI install or with the tune?

Im hoping its just the CAI install cause i can fix that quicker then the tune lol

tune....alot of people seem to be having trouble with tunes lately?

Check everything in the engine first of course...make sure there is nothing loose and the MAF was put in the correct direction...

Reload the tune or a different one also

i take it since you have the new intake is on, you
didn't want to return it to stock: here are some
options:

disconnect the negative battery cable, wait 5-10 minutes
then hook back up, try starting the car

if this doesn't work, i would return the tune to stock and if it
starts, just limp home keeping the rpms low.

also since it's a new install, check the MAF connector to make
sure it didn't come off or loose

Well, since it's a fresh install, and worked fine at first, did you go back and make sure all your clamp connections are secure? If one of the connections broke apart......[:'(][:'(]

Also check your clip connections...did the clips "click" back together??

What does the gas gauge say?
Thats not a joke, Some times people just don't look, sometimes they have gas and then someone steals it overnight in there driveway and they don't look because they just got gas.
If you have gas, then it sounds like the filter is not letting gas threw.

hehe....good point...it does sound like gas might not be getting throught the lines....coincidences do occur.
