Default jba vs. dynatech

I'm going with either of these with their long tube headers and if I go JBA I'll get their o/r h-pipe, but if dynatech I'd go with their o/r x-pipe. Anyone have opinions on which is best and why or the pros and cons of each? I have magnaflow magnapacks right now and want the sound to still be low rumble, but louder than it is now with the stock headers and h-pipe.

I dont know much on dynatech but when i was looking at longtubes i researched JBA and Kooks , I liked the JBA a lot but i heard some people had problems with fitting the jbas and had to get new motor mounts and what not , but some said they fit fine, the main thing i really really liked is they were one of the only companies that sold it with a H pipe most places do not.

But i got a great deal on Kooks and i have the magnapacks as well and it is quite a bit louder but it did change the sound with the x pipe. I wasnt raspy just kind of a cleaner sound? You can tell there is more follow but it still sounds mean and is loud. I actually had the o/r x pipe and it was wayyy too loud but i have the side exhaust you might be okay coming from the back.

ya, mine comes from the back and I also have read about problems with them fitting...that was my concern and with the x-pipe, was it still a low rumble or was it a higher pitched sound?

I wouldnt say high pitched i dont know its very hard to explain ... if you go on cervinis website they have a clip with one of their cars with the x pipe and headers... you just gotta listen past the procharger and thats what your car will sound like but sound clips do it no justice

Yes, the Kooks and the Dynatechs will give you a very similar sound, I know because I have the Dynatechs andsome of my friends have Kooks. You don't have to worry about the Dynatech headers not fitting, they were an easy install for my guy and he was very impressed with them.

Bassani and JBA systems are our favorites for our SEMA projetc cars.
