Default zo6 for stang?

thinking of maybe getting rid of my zo6 for a mustang gt. i really dont like it nearly as much, maybe cause i never had one! but i never have time to drive my z06. i have a 3 year old and want a car with a back seat to enjoy when driving with him over the weekend. i dont know what to do.

Why aren't you considering a GT500? Seems to be a logical step if you're gonna trade-in or sell a Z06, although is it an C6 Z06, or a C5 version? If it's a C5 edition, a Mustang GT with forced induction would be similar in a straight line. Welcome aboard if you decide on a 'Stang

i sold my 02 T/A back in January to get an 05 Mustang GT and I've not regretted it once. No, it's not quite as fast, but that's not everything to me.

The Mustang is much more practical and solid. It's easier to get in and out of and just more fun to drive.

if your un-happy with the z06 then i would say a 03/04 cobrawould make you happier and they are easy as hell to mod with little money...

If your Vette is a daily driver, you will definitely be better off with a Mustang. Yes, you will lose lots of performance, but trust me, you won't lose anything in the cache realm. Everyone loves the new S197s, believe it or not, they're probably hotter than your Vette on the culture scale right now.

I'll give up my '07 GT for his C6 Z06!

Uhm...Somehow, though, I don't think it'll happen.
