Are these guys normally fast/responsive? It's been 10 days since I ordered and I haven't gotten a response through email and it hasn't shipped yet. (I ordered rocker panels)

 

I bought a GT Spoiler from them a couple of weeks ago and I got it within a week. It arrived in perfect condition via FedEx. You might want to call them and ask for a tracking number, I tried emailing them but go no response. All in all they are a great company to deal with!.

ah I'll just give it more time then. Did it match well or didyou have to have it repainted?

 

It matched perfectly!, and it was flawless. I was expecting to have to have it repainted, but it bolted right on!.

 

It's probably just because of the holiday weekend

Never heard of them but call them and get it right soon! You will feel better.

 

I bought my whole GT body kit from them. Came within a week, They forgot to send the side skirts. I called them and they shipped them out overnight. Great service and parts were perfect.

 

Occasionally the parts you order are not in stock. Since they are takeoff parts, they are coming in constantly, but at different rates. When I orderd my swaybar, it took a couple of weeks b/c they didn't have one in yet. But don't worry, it'll eventually come.

 

I just called them, they told me it'll be shipped out today. I guess they don't check the site very often!
