I'm thinking about adding a dash emblem to the passenger side of the Mustang. I posted some of these photos in the appearence section, but I thought more people would see it here. Has anyone done it? If so, could you post pictures?

Here's my idea. I'm thinking about a dash kit and a "Powered by Ford" emblem or possible "Mustang" in script and then "Powered by Ford" to the right.

Here are a few pictures of my interior as it is. The white piece of paper is the same size as the "Powered by Ford" emblem. The last few are my lame attempt to digitally add emblems.

Any thoughts?

Can't you fit that "Powered By Ford" between the two air ducts?

Nope, needs to be between the vent!! IMO

 

It turns out the Powered By Ford is 4 inches long. I just checked and that gap is just a little short of 4 inches. I don't think it will fit.

 

You're right! I'm going to try and find something a little shorter. I really like the Powered by Ford emblem, though.

How about ont the dash itself?

 

If that emblem is metal, that would be a very bad place to put it. The airbag comes out of there very fast...

 

I agree - between the vents - doesn't look good on the side...

 

Oh, well, scrap that plan, it just won't fit in between the vents unless it's placed too low (see photo). I measured for it just a minute ago.

I dont really like anything in either area.....but thst is only my opinion.
