got the bicycle out today, just to
see how it performed compared to the
big O v8. i was pretty shocked
to learn, that my mustang actually accelerates
much faster [8D]

 

Must be an old banana seat. Those newer ones are pretty quick.

 

Bicycle gets much better gas mileage, though. I have been riding my bike for years and have yet to need a fill-up......

 

Obviously, you haven't been riding enough!

Get a Mongoose or Schwinn and the Stang wont have a chance, we'll maybe a v6, but not a v8, it will get smoked.

 

Do you experiment frum dig, or frum roll?? Oh, and how was the seat of the ***** comparison? That bike might have felt faster if you had the forementioned banana seat which would give more support

 

I always thought those racing seats that felt like you were sitting on the small end of a baseball bat with a doily for cushioning were better than the old banana seats for speed...You're cranking away to get from point A to point B because you want to get off that seat ASAP!

 

Was the bike stock?

 

Maybe let out about 1/2 lb in the rear of the bicycle,(Get her to hook up real good) then give it another run.
