Rumor has it that certain cobra owners have made contact with SAI folks and came up with this number.You can follow this lead at stangsunleashed with more info. If this is true, I for one will remove my name from their list at shelby autos. NO F-ing way.

 

I was under the impression that the SS package was only $12,000....but I could be wrong.

 

The 40th ann. is going for 12k. They are also saying that they will be using the same supercharger for the 600 and 700+ hp , the tune will be set for both. Does anybody know what the sales tax in nevada is 27,995.00 plus tax. For the price of the car with ADM and the SS upgrade this will be a very limited edition. (Due to very few people can afford it) I guess I will have to settle for a 8k dollar SS hood if SAI is still willing to sell SS parts only.

 

wheels/brakes/pulley(is that basically it?) for 12k still seems mighty steep- but it is a true Shelby, so may be a long term bargain...

I dont care for the wheels, but a lot of folks might...

 

I'm pretty sure Nevada doesn't have sales tax......

 

I think SS stands for super snake. I think SAI must mean Shelby Autos Incorporated or something like that???And I think youre talking about the price for certain Shelby packages above the regular GT500 price...

Once all of that is figured out then Ill re-read your post, I guess.

Nevada does have a sales tax. No State income tax.

 

my dads on the list too, but for 30 grand im sure he will be off the list quite fast, no waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
