Anybody put the stock 235/55/17Pirelli tires on 17X9 wheels? If so any pictures?? How do they look?

why would you do that? The stock pirellis suck horribly.

Get new tires!I don't think the pirellis are worth swapping to a new rim and they are going to be stretched over a 17x9 rim which just looks stupid IMHO. Move up to a 255/50/17, lots of options in that size available.

no there 17 by 8.5 and i was told that they would look fine, but you should probably save up to get 18's or bigger

The stock 17's are 17x8, the stock 18's are 18x8.5

Tires that wear good do not have good tractions. The pirellis do wear good so their traction is just ok for me.

It works, I would prefer a wider tire, but I drive so many highway miles I might as well get some use out of the stock ones.
