Default What was Ford thinking?

I just learned that my cousin's05 v6 allows him to open the windows by remote. My 05 GT will not, why would ford put less option in a more expensive vehicle i would've loved that option i live in FL

Only 05s before a certain date can do it. They disabled it at some time during production in 05 because of some problems they were having with it. It has nothing to do with V6 or GT, just your build date and I think that it requires the Active Anti Theft system be installed.

Blinkage, is RIGHT, and FORD wasn't thinking one way, or the other. It was just a mid-model year adjustment.
FORD didn't intend to pi** you off, it was justa thing they hadda do. Try to get over it.

I think you are supposed to push and hold the unlock button. Someone should be able to figure out how to re-enable that option.
