So last Friday I ordered my c&l intake and tuner. The on Sunday evening Karen @ Brenspeed emailed me asking for the make, model, transmission, and the processing code. So Monday morning I emailed her back with all the info and she emailed me back saying my order had been updated. My question is, is Brent gonna contact me, or is that it for my order. Oh, and I told her my mods now and that I will be getting 4.10 gears and an o/r midpipe soon, and I said I wanted my tunes for 93 octane only. I dont know if they're getting my order updated and shipping it out, or if they are gonna contact me about everything. Thanks for the info.

 

That is probably it...they just need the mod info and they are good to go. I have spoke with her before, she is nice and helped me when my h pipe was backordered. If you need to talk to Brent or somebody just call and ask.

 

I was gonna call, but I figured they were busy and I knew you guys were here and thats what your herefor, LOL. Thanks man, I guess it should be here sometime next week, and I wonder if it will get here quicker since Brenspeed is like 3 hours from me up in Indiana.

 

Their lead time on those things is like 3 days before things get processed or whatnot.. When I ordered my intake-tune, they asked those same question, and since you can get 3 tunes, i got 87, 91 and 93.... Aside from that, I didn't hear anythig from them until I came home from work about 2 weeks later and saw a package on my doorstep... They're on top of things, just busy...

 

i beleive u can input what gears u have have on the SCT. They should give u instructions

 

You can't edit your tunes at all from Bspeed at all they are locked. Have to get him to email you another one if you get mods in the future. Also with my C&L and my offroad H i got it before i got the email saying it was shipped

 

imho, the only way for you to prevent
being surprised and/or disappointed when
your tuner arrives, is to call brenspeed asap
and confirm your getting the 3 tunes you hope
your getting.

I agree with Blue! I just got my goodies from Bren this week, I'm running the 93oct perf. It took a total of 10 days ( I overnighted) from the day I signed up and paid. It's well worth the wait.

 

I told them my future mods are 4.10 gears and an o/r x-pipe and that all I wanted was a 93 octane tune. Its been a week since I ordered it, so I figured it would be here at the end of next week. Thanks for the replies.
