Some Maintenence and Horsepower Advice, Please
Hi guys (and gals),
I'm currently approaching 40,000 miles on my 2005 GT. I already plan to take out the spark-plugs (per the TSB, of course) and put some anti-seize on them, or just get some new ones (which ones?). Is there any other general or preventative maintenence I should be or could be doing at this time?
I'm also looking to bump up to 350 or 375 horsepower. How can I do this (with my current mods figured in) without going FI? Is it possible?

Alright, that is what I though. Are there any bolt ons that can give me a jump in my horsepower (not up to 350 or anything). I thought about juice but I don't want to go that direction.
Also, can somebody link me to the spark-plug TSB?

For your maintenance I really recommend changing your fuel filter if you haven't done so yet.
I'll see if I can roundup the TSB link for ya.

I think the dealer changed my fuel filter when it was in for service that one time. That was at about 32,000 miles, but I should check it anyway.

I highly recommend you get the Champion 1-piece plugs, part # 7879. They're $19 EACH, ouch, but no more danger of broken plug.... Its a good piece of mind. Otherwise, the autolite HT1 are for our cars, or the HT0 if you go FI down the road, which you probably won't.

Are these the ones you're talking about?
