what size slicks do you guys have on your rides?

 

Almost everyone running true slicks are running 28x10.5-15

A couple guys are running 29x9.5-15 but most are running the above.

Those are your two choices...period.

29.5x10.5 mickey Thompson Slicks on a 15x10 wheel

OR

28 x 9 x 15 on a 15x9 wheel

 

I got a set of 99-04 offset 16" cobra r replicas (you can find them on ebay super cheap all the time) and have mounted some used Hoosier Quick Time Pros on them 28x11.5-16 and they work pretty good, I have only ran them down the track 3 times but my best 60ft was a 1.71. Once these wear completely out, I'll probably run a M/T ET street 27x11.5-16 on them. Here's a pic, BTW the wheels are 16x8 and they do stick out a little bit but for the track who cares.

whats the bolt and offset? I heard it ws 4.5 but some guy just told me 5.5

I am running 325/50/15 mt drag radials. they hook good with my 4000 stall and 75 shot nos on a decent track,will run consistant 1.6 60 fts, mt are the best for traction whether it is the slicks, et streets, or drag radials
