Default Sequential Tail lights

I know that these light up in sequence when you signal to turn, but do they just come on when you brake or do they light inside out?

It seems that would look like hazard lights to me

They work when you step on the brakes in order but just once, they don't keep going while your foot is on the brake. Hazards are cool after you just beat someone and get in front of them and give them the "You Lost" hazard sign! LOL

I got these: http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdc-dynamite-sticks.html
American Muscle doesn't state it, but they are the WebElectric Full Harness kit, it's plug and play.

Yeah, I realise splicing wires isn't hard, I just want to be able to put it back to stock
