Default No AC???

i can't figure out why my AC won't work. I put in a new motor a few months ago (i.e. AC was disconnected) and had it recharged afterwards with no problem. After a few weeks it stopped working, so i tried to recharge it and it showed plenty of pressure. It doesn't sound like the compressor is coming on? i can't hear anything change when i turn the switch on or off. Thoughts?

It might not be the case but you should have the climate control module checked.

I'm having major problems with the AC in my 07 GT. Its been to the dealer 4x already. What makes it a extra pain in the *** is that its intermitent. The AC can work for 3 days, then the compresser wont turn on the next day. Last time they replaced the compressor and the condensor, that worked for about a day. Very frustrating since I really love the car minusthis issue, it has excactly everything I wanted. sigh, oh well.

Is the green led indicator comming on when you
cycle the AC switch? Does the AC work when
the defroster is selected? The SJB controls the AC.[&o]

Try putting a jumper wire across the pressure switches. Then see if the clutch on the compressor engages with everything on.Then you'll know if it's an electrical or freeon concern.

Any air that got into the system would cause it to corrode internally.

Is the a/c clutch engaging when the A/C is on? The center of the a/c unit should spin when you turn it 'On' if not, could be a number of thing like the clutch switch, a/c switch, low pressure switch, etc.
