Default what to do, part deux

Hey all. Sorry for the rant.I do have to get over my GO problem (and it is bad - I am sure some of you can relate at times)...

here it is, i understand the GT to have 300hp, but that is not brake so the brake calc is
hp x 0.12 (12% loss) onthe manual (20% on auto). additional 8% loss due to torque converter.

Well, I live at 7000' and the waymost, not all, but most of you experience your car is well different from mine. I love going to lower altitudes.

I really dont want to super/turbo my car, even if I had a manual, I would wait 3 years, build into it. So that isnt an option.

Anyway the calc I understand for my loss at altitude is this, correct me if I am wrong anywhere in my calcs of my hp.
hp loss = {elevation (') x 0.03 x sea level hp}/1000
ifthat is true, i got approx 240 at sea level on the auto - at 7000' the loss is about 50hp on top.

8% matters to me, so half my rant is worthwhile if my GT is putting out 190hp.

I am just frustrated. So, I know everyone has there opinions, but C&L intake with Evolution Tune?

On the gears, I was thinking 3.73, not 4.10. I need to read more on doing that.

What else can I do at this altitude to get this thing going? Thanks.
