CaI + tune is one of the best mods for the GT´s, i asume they are also for sixers.

And for axelbacks, it all depends to you, to wich sound u like more ... since they don´t produce hp at all.

You're rolling the dice with mufflers for a V6. IMO, loud V6'sdon't sound that good.
SCT Xcal2 ( B A M A )is my tuner. No CAI. Very happy with it.
Good luck.

Edit: BTW, I had the Magnaflow. Went back to stock after a couple months.

I say the C&L+xcal2 tuner from brenspeed.com; I think many on the site will agree...

Im sure the 6 should liven up ast the GT does with a good tune. I went with Doug at B ama and it has been great. Im using JBA for exhaust and I know they have a 6 cyl. dual kit. I think you can hear it on their website. JBAHEADERS.com. Good luck

off topic but I don't care...I think you should put a limited slip in it...while on the (off-subject) subject, I think Ford should offer it as an option on these...the days of the 88hp 2.3 are long gone and the smaller-engine stangs can spin some tire...

I have an '05 V6. One of my first mods was a magnaflow. I LOVE IT!! Very nice rumble!! And it has gotten much louder in the past several months. Last night, just added a brenspeed C&L CAI w/SCT XCAL2 tune. In driving it just 2 times, I have observeda remarkable difference in hp and exceleration. I had some lag time from 3rd-4th. But now!!!! Shewey!!! Major change!! I would highly suggest a CAI w/tune! Very easy to do as well.

CAI's SUCK!!!! IF you get one... they'll make your car faster, louder and more fun to drive! Who would want that?[8D]
