If you dont mind me asking, how much did it run you to get it painted?
A can of Duplicolor Trim Black paint, some masking tape, a roll of black pinstriping to go along the painted line at the top, and a couple hours to do everything in. It actually turned out better than I expected. I was originally going to just put the street scene tail-panel on, but when I found out that it was backordered for at least 30 days, I got impatient. I had already put my Moss/AVS slotted tail-light covers on and was fiending to tie it all in together.

Can you link me to the Moss site?

Damn, I'm a lousy painter at best. I've helped friends paint car parts/calipers and things of that nature but I don't think I would be able to trust myself to paint my own car after seeing the results on the other cars! LOL.

So I guess my only option is to drive into Virginia and have you paint it? Hahaha![8D]

lol, I would do it if you came. I'm not that good of a painter either, I tend to hold the can too close and go too fast. I lay it on too thick, which causes the paint to start running. I had to make a very concerted effort with myself to slow wayyyyy down and hold the can back. It turned out pretty good though, and besides, I had practice the day before when I painted my front airdam (chin spoiler). I had to redo the chin spoiler a few times before it turned out right and I got the system down pat.

I see some of these with the fake gas cap removed, how hard was that? I'm thinking that it is held on with double sided tape.. if that is the case I think I will go to a sign shop and have them sell me some vinyl and put it on myself and then put the cap back on over the vinyl.. hmmm mentel note..
