Default Boost a Pump

Is anyone using this for their s/c or turbo? Im thinking of adding this to my car soon because i'll be doing 500+ to the wheels. Or i was thinking of doing the dual GT40 pumps but it just seems like the BAP would be an easier fix. What do you guys think?

Boost a Pump comes standard with the KB blower kit. So, yes, I have a BAP. 500+ to the wheels? Are you building the internals? If not, say goodbye to your engine real soon.

I'm running a KB BAP with my powerhouse turbo and make right at 500rwhp/550rwtq and it's keeping up with the demand just fine. In response to the 500+ rwhp remark, I'm not scared.

I have a BAp with my Vortech... came with the kit..... when I recently asked my tuner about adding LTs to the car(now @ 435RWHP)... he told me I'd need to upgrade to the GT 500 pump to take advantage of all the addtional air flow I could get....

my point is if your at 467 already... IMO upgrade the pump to the GT500 or dual GT set up... what injectors r u running... IMO you'll be best off with 60# if you dont have them already..

I run the KB bap and did the wiring upgrade on the PowerHouse turbo, no problems.

you've had no fuel delivery issues? if your going for 500+ from what I've read I'd suggest watching that issue carefully. my understanding (I'm far from an expert) that at that level of power your motor is gonna be on the edge for fuel.

BAP's are fine but as you get close to 500hp you'll find the pump is working at 100% duty cycle, or put another way, WOT. While that might not be an issue initially, it will force the pump into an early grave.
