hey 47magic, you are the king midas of sh*t...only you could start a thread about a friggin steering wheel and have it turn into a flame-war like this...I guess you're trying to top me for most thread lock-downs for a relatively new forum member...looks like you're well on your way!

I dont like that, looks weird/ugly/tacky. But as they say...thats why god made colors. Maybe if the car was white and the interior had some nice brown or beige leather combo. It could also use more wooden trim pieces, because by itself it looks out of place. Oh and to GTStang, thanks for being a fireman.....ignore the trash.

There was a time when wood-rimmed steering wheels were good and appropriate. Seems to me Momo and/or Nardi earned a fortune making/selling them. Then someone got into a racing accident and the wood splintered, creating injuries unique to wood-rim steering wheels, and they were banned from racing cars. That's enough for me. No use for wood-rim steering wheels in real, over-the-road cars.

To answer your original question, the wheel in the photo is from STwheel.com, it's pricey though.
