Default Forged Internal Question

For those of you who know...what are all the parts that constitute a complete forged internal assembly? Where is the best place to buy them? Info gratefully and graciously received as I am not up on this subject.

Also, anyone with a supercharger that is also sprayed?

I was headed the same right with full forged internals but my Tuner told me just to worry about the rods and Pistons. That is staying around 550 to the wheels. That might save you some cash. JMO
