have any videos with sound of an 05-07 gt with cams? mine are in the mail being shipped to my house right now. I was just wondering what kind of good noise i am in for?

 

I have CompCams Stage 3 and the idle is set to 900 and you can barely tell I have put different cams in the car. It makes the car a little deeper but that's about it. It takes a few days for the cams to really sink it and get in the groove of things. I replaced my springs and retainers as well.

I wish I could help, but my cams are in the mail as well. I am going with the crower stage II which is close to the comp cams, but with more lift and duration on the exhaust side. let us know how it turns out. I hear a lot of mixed opinions on the cams

it's sound bad *** IMO i'd go with a quieter exhaust. Sounds a lil sloppy and all that smoke shootin out mean anything?

It sounds like a harley or something. Not right for a stang imo.

 

i think that it sounded nice with the cams....was that stock exhaust? i wonder how mine would sound with my exhaust...cams come in on wednesday!
