Am I blind?

 

Its been taking a long time for a lot of people... stinks.

 

Oh ok. I knew Doug was backed up, but I wasn't sure if it was supposed to say "processing" or something on the site, since I didn't see anything.

 

ordered mine in the morning and had them by dinner time, but that was a couple months ago....doug could be busier idk

 

I made an order right before the 4th of july and it took about a week and a half before for it to come. if you go to his site and login and press my account it should show you your order. Also, you should receive a tracking number via e-mail soon.

 

The paypal just cleared today, but I don't see anything on my account page. ???

 

I ordered a Race tune from him last week and got it 2 days later.
Just give him a call, i bet hes always busy, emails take a bit longer to answer cuz of that.

 

did you go back to bamachips after completing the paypal payment or did you close down the window at that point?

 

Ordered my JLTII CAI and tunes on 7/8. Paypal cleared on 7/9. As of today, it still says processing. That's 8 business days (M-F). How long should I wait before emailing/calling?

 

i ordered a tuner/intake on 7-5, payed immediately with paypal. last thursday i emailed doug asking how long till i would get it (politely). today i got an email back apoligizing for the delay, and he said it would ship by friday.

im on week 7 waiting for a tuner from troyer tuning for my dads super duty, so two weeks is fine with me.
