I got the MAC exhaust and its very deep compaired to the stock system. The best thing is try to listen to someone that already has exhaust and see if you like it. Hearing it in person is the only way, because those clips sound nothing like the real thing.
cats or no cats can also affect the deepness... for instance, Flowmasters are deep with cats but are terribly raspy and just noisy without cats.
The FRPP GTAs are barely louder than stock with cats but are deep and much louder than stock without cats.

No offense to anybody who has them but ive heard the macs and i just dont like em they sound kinda like tin cans banging around , but maybe its the set up this person had it was with kooks lt and catted x ... but it surprises me because ive heard them on sound clips with the mac set up with the prochamber and all and it sounds AMAZING,,,,
i think it might have something to do with the combination , keeping all the brands together. I have the magnaflow magnapacks and they were incredibly deep with the stock h pipe very old school sound, but then i added the kooks withx and it sounds great i love it much louder but not as deep at all.
