What am i looking at in terms of cost on everything for a supercharger, inclusing installation and everything else i need for it. Just some ballparks cause im sure installation is different everywhere. But i want to get as close to 500 hp as possible.

$6,500 to 7,000 in my area. That will get you anything from a procharger to a Kenne Bell installed and out the door.
