Considering a Roush
I currently own a 2003 GT Vert and I'm considering a trade to a 2006 Roush Stage 1. A local car dealer friend of mine brought the pictured car by my place of employment and let me drive it with hopes that I'm interested in trading. I'm wondering what you all think would be a fair price to trade. My car is in excellent condition with 50K miles and the Roush is also excellent with only 8K miles. The Roush has a Hurst shifter and a performance exhaust. It runs great and sounds mean as hell! Let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Greg

This site should help determine the values kbb.com also works ok. Hard to say w/o shopping for it myself and price will vary some by location. 06 with 8k miles sounds ready for mods to me depending on what he wants for it

It looks badass. I personally love the Roush bodykits and their whole look.
I thinka fair price would be between 29 and 32k, havent doneany research, just guessing.

In response to 05gtdriver, I'm pretty sure you're thinking of the Roush Sport which is mainly an appearance package with the addition of their high performance exhaust. The Stage 1 is basically the same with the additon of some other appearance modifications + Roush 18" rims.
Mustangzrx, looks like your car may be a Roush Sport (with the stock bullitt rims) + some other goodies added (e.g. the short throw shifter).
Check out the Roush/Saleen section.
Cheers.

I'm leaning towards keeping my '03 GT Convertible. My wife and I bought it because it's a vert and would miss the drop top cruisin'. Besides, it's paid for and I don't want no stinkin' car payments.
Thanks to all for your input.

Ya id agree with a couple of others that responded when I say that roush is the roush sport edition which has the body kit but not the chrome wheels, carbon fiber int, and possible not the two-toned roush leather seats, and maybe a few other things...
those are not roush stripes either since they are wider than the scoop and the scoop is not striped...looks like the car was striped and then the scoop was added after....
to get the appx price, just take the book value of an 06 gt with 8k miles and just add like 5k onto it, which is what the sport pkg pretty much goes for.........
