Hey folks if you were misinformed like me that you can only wash your vehicle that is protected by Simionize protection listen up. Meguiars makes a Deep Crystal System Polish and the stuff works great on your car. The shine will blow you away and it is recommended for cars with dark colors, mine is black. Just remember you can polish your car but not wax it. I found this out today by the body shop at Ford. There is a difference. Peace Out.

 

I don't know what you are talking about. I just waxed my 05 gt with mirror glaze. Was I not supposed to do that. My dealer didn't tell me not to wax it. I am panicking right about now. Please respond.

 

Most restorers and good paint people will tell you to wax paint that is not clear coat and polish clear coat. That is all there is to it.

 

Daniel, thanks for the recommendation. Meguiars worked great on my 2005 GT. Post any other Detailing tips you might have.... By the way, I say 18's on a Roush Today. To my surprise they didn't look bad at all.
