i just got my new 07,i would like to maybe replace the shaker 500 with a kenwood navigation double den deck,what would be involved in this.i would keep all the factory speakers but possibly add a 12 to the trunk down the line.i know when there are factory amps involved things get a little compliacted so i figured i would ask about it first.

 

You will need a wiring harness and dash kit to install the deck. You may also use a 5 volt voltage regulator to prevent the poping sound when the deck turns on. You'll probably also need to install an amplifier to power the sub. There is a recent how to on installing an amplifier. You might check it out.

Hooking it up should be pretty straight forward.
