Custom Sound Systems

RE: Custom Sound Systems
Here's what I did, nothing too big, I don't want to overpower the exhaust.

and mustangballer, as far as I know, all the seats do fold down. There should be little pull lanyards on the upper corners of the seatbacks. They have to be pulled down from the inside. It doesn't look all that good with them down though, as you can see in mine, the carpet doesn't go all the way to the seat and the carpeted parcel shelf has a crappy finish on the edges. It's just too hot for me to mess with it right now. 100 degrees inside a car with black interior? no thank you

RE: Custom Sound Systems
I have done a simple system, nothing big and loud. Kenwood single din HU. Don't have a pic.
When I got my mustang I got the basic stereo.
Infinity Kappa 6x8's to replace the 2 in the door and the 2 on the deck. I got a powered 250W Infinity Basslink II subwoofer that fitted a 4 channel module 50W each to the speakers. RCA jacks from the HU. Here are a couple of pics. Click on the image to make bigger.
Though I am going to change this out and put the basslink system into my truck. And pull my infinity 4 channels amp out of there, and put a sub mono amp with either a 10" or 12" Infinity Kappa Perfect powered by the Infinity Ref1300 300Wrms Mono sub amp. the 10 would be fine for me, but I can't find a custom box for the 10 that goes into the trunk behind the wheel well.
And if I could get this. Something to Compliment the RETRO look but have the current technology. this head unit, but it is only sold oversees. Maybe I can import it or they can sell them here, but I doubt it with all the compition of Kenwood Pioneer alpine and so on. This has bluetooth, MP3 playability, Ipod coonection, Navigation, and other stuff here is the link to check it out, It is by Becker a German company.

ORIGINAL: Virgule
My sound system beats them all. It consists of 2 full range speaker-mufflers that connect directly to the engine exhaust. The music they make is just beyond compare.
