Default Does this sounds right?

I need your advice.

I know someone that is selling a steeda high velocity cold air kit, SCT Xcalibrater 2 and sf flash tuners for the 2005 to 2007 V6/GT mustang. He bought it about 6 months ago and it has 1500 miles on it. He wants $375.00 for it. I do not believe that it comes with a elbow so I will have to buy one of those (I don't like the look of the stock one) and also get two tunes from VMP (89 miles and 93 performance). Do you think it is worth it? Or should I just wait and buy the C&L/Xcal package from VMP. The way i look at it is if i can get him to drop the price to $350.00 then plus the 2 tunes is about $100 and the elbow is another $100 I'm looking at $550.00 about $200.00 less then the package from VMP. What are your thoughts?

Thanks,
Ryan

Make sure the tuner will work with your computer code.

Seems like an alright deal.

*edit*does.

If you going to end up spending that much money on a used one I would go ahead and get a brand new cai and tuner...JMO

well, im not sure if a lot of you guys around here like eBay, but i got my complete steeda cai system with a diablo pred tuner with like 4 custom tunes in it for $450...the guy lived an hour away from me so i drove to his house, and he installed the cai and tuned it for me while i was there....

i guess what im tryin to say is, check ebay because there may be some people selling their kits with tuners.....

350+100(elbow)+100(2 tunes)= 550 for a used setup. $50 more and he gets 3 tunes with a brand new setup.
