i'm pretty sure you need to demonstrate to
the stealership, that a particular issue exists.

The problem has to exist to have a TSB performed. Ford calls parts back to test them, so if a part that was replaced test fine. The dealer will get charged back to cost of that repair.

Technical Service Bulletin.
Kinda like - been there, done that -
sort of thing.
Different than a recall.
Stealerships hate customers that know
about TSBs and try and use them to get
unneeded service.[:@]

Yea, they love it when you buy their car, but hate it when you bring it back under warranty. When I took my GT in for the thunk fix, I was scolded by the salerman that we bought our Jeep from. See, we didn't buy the GT from him at that dealership. We went to Denver where we wouldn'thave to pay 3.8% county sales tax. He was ranting and crying around about how we were unloyal to him. I said...."Look, I never promised you sheet! You made good money off of the Jeep sale, so get over it!" He said..."I thought we were good." I said we were, but we aren't butt buddies or anything like that. Now leave me alone. Freaking crybaby. He had gained about 40 pounds in the year since the jeep sale, so he must have been eating good.
